On Friday, 30 January, the preview of the documentary „Triegel meets Cranach - Painting in the Conflict of Times“ will take place at the Cineplex Naumburg before the film is released in cinemas across Germany from 5 February 2026.
In an effort to make the liturgical function of Naumburg Cathedral even more recognisable and at the same time raise the artistic standards in the cathedral to a new level, new paraments were created for the World Heritage Site.
