Our new donation project: new audio guides for children in Merseburg Cathedral and Naumburg Cathedral 1000 years, old stones: culture and history can sometimes be difficult for children to understand and access - but they don't have to be!
With the KinderDomBauhütte at Naumburg Cathedral and the KinderDomusMerseburch at Merseburg Cathedral, the Vereinigte Domstifter (United Cathedral Founders) are using fantastic projects to vividly convey the exciting stories of the cathedrals - just like the audio guides that have been designed for young visitors there.
Simius the monkey in Naumburg and the raven in Merseburg have been guiding visitors through the cathedrals for years. Now the children's audio guides are to be revised and equipped with new stories and corresponding signposts.
We need your support for this forward-looking project!
With 9,000 euros, the audio guides at both locations can be redesigned.
