Torchlight tour in the cathedral

Through light and dark, sound and silence, warmth and cold, we take you back to the Romanesque period. In warm candlelight, the Romanesque crypt welcomes you with its crucifix from 1170, which still remains from the time of the first cathedral construction. By the light of a torch, accompanied only by the liturgical sounds of old times, we explore the East Choir, pass through the East Choir Screen and enter the three-aisled nave. With our torch lights we can put a spotlight on all the details of the Romanesque architectural ornaments, that are often unnoticed by day.

The flashlight tour will take place Feb. 11-13 at 5:30 p.m. each day.

Currently, guided tours can only be booked under the 2G rule will take place. This means that only vaccinated and recovered persons with appropriate proof are allowed to participate.
